The Students of the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Idi-Araba are currently on a protest to make sure the Management does something about the frequent Robbery attacks on students in the Idi-Araba campus.
Very Early yesterday 24th May, there was a robbery attack at the Staff Mosque which left some students who are currently admitted at the “Accident and Emergency” centre injured.
Apparently, when a student tried to report the robbery to the security at the gate, they beat the Student to Stupor.
The events led to the Student protest which involved not allowing anyone leave or enter the Hospital Premises.
This has become absurd. We have bad hostels, no light, no water and then NO SECURITY? This is unbearable! What will the management do about it?
