The prolific Music Video Director and now ground breaking movie director Kemi Adetiba, in collaboration with Accelerate TV, launched a new series called King Women. According to the movie director, this is a ‘visual movement that acts as an accessible/online source of mentorship and emotional upliftment to young, impressionable ladies’.

The series features inspirational and empowered female names in various sectors in the country and world alike. These women have become so successful that people don’t pay attention to what they may have gone through to get to where they are now.

These women reveal emotional and inspiring aspects of their lives that will encourage and motivate not just women, but men alike.  This show can also be seen as a way to provide a lot of young girls and ladies (men as well of course) strong female influences to look up to, and mentors that will encourage them as they go through all facets of life.

The series features names like TY Bello, Taiwo Ajai-Lycett, Tara Durotoye, Chigurl, Funmi Victor-Okigbo amongst others. This series is definitely something to watch out for as it inspires you emotionally, physically and morally. King Women debuted on Monday 3rd April 2017 on www.acceleratetv.com.

The show is currently on “EP 2, Part 1”, and you may think you know Tara Fela Durotoye as the beauty mogul that heads the ‘’House Of Tara’’ brand, but do you know the depth of her story?

Join Kemi Adetiba in uncovering the deepest parts of Tara’s early life, up until her current state of success, as she bares it all and talks family feuds, neglect, and much more.
