Acting President Yemi Osinbajo on Wednesday confirmed that another Chibok schoolgirl has been found.
This is coming barely 12 days after the release of the 82 abducted school girls by the Boko Haram memebers.
Osinbajo announced the new development during the Federal Executive Council meeting which he chaired Wednesday.
Senior Special Assistant to President Buhari on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, confirmed the report. He said the Defense headquarters have confirmed that the girl has been found but that the details of the report are yet to fully unravel.
The presidential aide expressed the hope that the remaining Chibok schoolgirls and other Nigerians in captivity would soon be rescued.
