Nani is edging closer to the Manchester United exit.
The Manchester Evening News says the Portuguese international’s current deal runs until 2014, but negotiations over an extension have been at a standstill since the summer. Zenit St Petersburg made a move for him in August – but a switch to one of Serie A’s giants would be far more appealing than Russia.
Juventus and Milan are understood to be monitoring Nani’s situation between now and the transfer window reopening in January.
The Italian clubs would hope to pick up the 25-year-old in a cut-price deal of around £12m, while United would value him at closer to £15m.
