We all have little issues in memory, forgeting things easly, forgetting peoples name, time and date of appointment, though age also count because there are some stage in life, its difficult to remember thing, this age our brain hardly function better like how it use to be when we are young but i notice nowadays, memory issues does,nt affect only the old-age again, its all general issue we all go through, ageing does’nt mean automatic loose of mental capacity, droping a car key in the palour , then start searching for it in the bed room,  though memory fade with time but thinking ability remain strong and skills often improve with age, if anybody of this generation say he or she doesn’t forget things at times then the person is not human, probably made up of bill gate computer memory even this father of computer forget things too, the problem is because there are so manythings going on in the brain , sometimes there are too much things on the mind or probably going through stress, research by national institute of aging prove that most dramatic memory decline occurs around age 70

How to exercise the brain
(1) Engage in some physical exercise like aerobics or meditating exercise like  yoga

(2) Do some activities like playing crossword puzzle game, card, online word games

(3) Writing journal or writing and working with your hands to build or create , it has alot of good effects on the brain

(3) For elders adult or memory loose patient should use mental help such as calculators, calenders , computer reminder, list marking and making emotion stable, having general discussion and mental calculations

Note: physical activies can increase your mental abilities by 20% to 30% but worrying about what you’re going to forget can cause a mental block
