Reading Is the Most Resourceful Way To Know. Readers are the sure guys who know their strengths, Weakness, opportunities, and threats. They brainstorm metaphorically and produce or scamper enduring solutions to any situation.

jona readFor decades, leaders have used reading to generate creative ideas to proffer solutions to different problems. Our world today is looking for ingenious readers to mantle strategic leadership positions.

Imagine what will happen if every Nigerian reads a book, any book; for at least 30 minutes every day?

Here’s what your mama will never tell you…

The major reason why you can’t communicate properly is your poor reading culture.

Thanks to your bad reading habits – you will never get employed, your attitude stinks, you don’t follow instructions, and you get angry easily and perform poorly in interviews.

The problem is – nobody talks about how to become an innovative reader – not even the top bloggers or great writers, so you go about feeling like reading is not your business, after all nobody pays you to read.

Let me talk to you. Do you know readers are smarter than you are?

Is not about IQ or that certificate obtained with date crap, am talking about ordinary people who travel a professional world from the covers of a book. When you engage in a conversation with these people for about 10 minutes, you begin to think they’re some smart fascinating breed with a special power to articulate things in their genetics.

But reading is not an easy task and you don’t have the time to read. You’re so right. How can you find time to read in a world full of writers? But am sorry to disappoint you, I left those “feel good lines” behind, a long time ago.

You may not be a diehard reader like Richard Nyong of Lekki Gardens who reads over 365 books nonstop every 12 months (he said that personally to me and two others at the 1st Abuja Entrepreneurship Hub and Boot Camp.
