Nigerian Rapper Ice Prince Meets Jamaican Dancehall Superstar Sean Paul

Ice-Prince-and-Sean-Paul-NL2-600x337The Nigerian act met Sean Paul at the World Peace One Day concert in Kigali where both acts performed. The rapper shared a picture of him with the Grammy award winning act on Instagram today (September 22).

At the concert held yesterday (September 21), Ice Prince performed the first-ever Peace Day anthem in front of thousands of young people. The performance was beamed live into Rwanda and the world on the Rwanda Broadcasting Agency (RBA) network.

The anthem was performed by top artists of the African music industry Ice Prince (Nigeria), Dama Do Bling (Mozambique), Maurice Kirya (Uganda), Alikiba (Tanzania) and Wangechi (Kenya). They were joined by leading dance groups Krest Crew and Jabba Junior, and artists Innoss’B, Urban Boyz, and Knowless.

Ice Prince released a brand new single on September 1 titled ‘Boss’. The song was produced by Triple MG pop starlet Tekno. The song was described as “quite infectious and groovy”
