Police Investigating The Gunfire At TI’s New York Concert Arrests Suspect


The gunfire breakout during T.I.’s concert in New York City, left one person dead and three seriously injured.

The police haven’t taken their hand off the investigation even though they say the suspect has been identified as Crown Heights-based rapper Roland Collins, better known by his stage name, Troy Ave.

Investigation further revealed that Troy Ave went on a shooting spree at the concert due to rap beef with another rapper Maino, he also accidentally shot himself in the leg during the chaos.

T.I took to his page to share is condolence with fans and the family of the person that was killed and three others who sustained serious injury during the chaos.

“My heart is heavy today. Our music is intended to save lives, like it has mine and many others. My heartfelt condolences to the family that suffered the loss and my prayers are with all those injured. Respectfully, Tip,” his tweet read, with the caption, “Rest in peace bro. God bless.”

The police are still investigating the New York gunfire concert but the suspect have been arrested and charged with attempted murder and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon. He is currently in custody.
