Kanye West was spotted yesterday in Los Angeles and he seems to have added quite a lot of weight.
He has been taking time out from the spotlight after he was hospitalised last November, which led to the cancellation of his Life of Pablo tour.
You can tell he has relaxed enough with the weight gain but he should just watch it…
