Evidence from Nelly’s rape case revealed by cops

Nelly has been seen leaving a nightclub with his rape accuser in footage released by cops after the case against him was dropped.

Auburn PD, in Washington State, completed its investigation last month, and prosecutors dropped the case, primarily because the alleged victim refused to testify after receiving an onslaught of abuse from fans, according to TMZ. Now that the criminal case is closed, cops are revealing the photos and videos gathered during the investigation.

The evidence includes surveillance videos, showing Nelly and the accuser, Monique Greene, leaving the Seattle nightclub where they met, getting on his tour bus and also the moment when she leaves the bus and calls police to report the alleged rape.

Greene has filed a lawsuit against Nelly for sexual assault and defamation. Nelly has vowed to sue her, although he’s yet to file.

Police documents also reveal what Nelly and his Greene told police when they were interviewed.

The hip hop artist said the woman undressed herself and claimed they had consensual sex. He says he did not use a condom, but also said he did not ejaculate. He claimed Greene only got upset because she thought he was involved with one of his dancers, who was also on the bus at the time.

But the woman alleged that Nelly had forcefully undressed her and thrown her onto the bed and said, “You’re gonna take this d**k.” She says he repeatedly told her during the intercourse, “That’s my p***y.” She says the forcible sex lasted for 30 minutes, and she believed he had ejaculated inside her, and also on her backside and front.

Greene says Nelly offered her $2,500 and asked her to stay on the bus until their next destination, but she told him she’s not a prostitute. She claims someone else pushed her off the bus, and Nelly threw a $100 bill at her.
