State Emergency Officials In Search Of Lady Who Reportedly Jumped Into Lagos Lagoon

Officials of the Lagos State Emergency Response Agency (LASEMA) have begun a search for a lady who allegedly leapt into the Lagos lagoon from the Third Mainland Bridge on Sunday evening.


A video is currently circulating online stating that a lady had parked her Sports Utility Vehicle on the bridge before jumping into the lagoon.

The authenticity of the claim is yet to be confirmed.
However, LASEMA officials had arrived at the scene of the incident and could not find any SUV.

According to Premium Times, Adesina Tiamiyu, LASEMA’s general manager, said the agency is still searching for the lady
“It is a developing story, we are trying to gather our facts together,” Mr Tiamiyu added.
