Nigerians have called out Assistant Commissioner of Police Abayomi Shogunle saying he is trying to justify police brutality.
Shogunle had posted a viral video of Ghanaian policeman assaulting a woman carrying a child with the caption Nigerian Police don’t beat nursing mothers.
WE (@PoliceNG) WILL NEVER DO THIS IN NIGERIA ??!

Yomi, are you justifying SARS brutality in Nigeria or what? This is a very new low from you. SARS need reform, @PoliceNG need reorientation. I am a Police Barrack brought up and I know Nigeria Police brutality. We insist on #EndSARS

You are pathetic. Why compare evils? I know if you were the spokesman in Ghana, you would have defended this too
