Senator Godswill Obot Akpabio has resigned his position as the Senate Minority Leader.
According to the resignation letter sent to the Deputy Minority Leader, Senator Emmanuel Bwacha, his resignation came into effect on August 4th.
“Thank you for the opportunity to lead the Senate caucus in the last three year, Please accept the assurance of my highest esteem”, the senator captioned a photo of the letter he shared via his Twitter account.
