Music mogul Simon Cowell has received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Wednesday in a star-studded ceremony.
The 58-year-old was joined by his partner Lauren Silverman and their son four-year-old Eric as well as Lauren’s son Adam, who she welcomed with former spouse Andrew Silverman, as the milestone event got underway in downtown Hollywood.
Stars including Leona Lewis, Kelly Clarkson, One Direction’s Louis Tomlinson and America’s Got Talent judges Heidi Klum, Mel B and Howie Mandel were at the glamorous event to support Cowell.
Speaking at the star-studded event, the celebrity television host said:
“I was a massive fan of American television, American movies, when I was growing up.
I remember the first time I came to Hollywood, a long time ago and thinking it was the most magical place. And now I’m looking down at this, it’s so surreal.”
