Luka Modric Named UEFA Men’s Player Of The Year

Croatian football star Luka Modric has been named UEFA’s Men’s Player of the Year beating Cristiano Ronaldo and Mohamed Salah.

Modric, who also plays for Real Madrid was also named Midfielder of the Season for the second successive year at a ceremony which took place in Monaco this afternoon.

“I would like to dedicate this to my coaches and my team-mates, ” said Modric.

“They are there in the good moments and also the not so good moments so this is for them.”
