Prisoners Set Free After Thugs Hijack #EndSARS Protest In Edo

There’s been a prison break at Prison facility on Benin-Sapele road in Edo state on Monday, October 19.


According to reports, suspected thugs hijacked the peaceful #EndSARS protest, stormed the prison facility, and overpowered the prison officials before setting the prisoners free.

The #EndSars protesters began the protest on October 8, 2020 protesting against police brutality and extrajudicial killings of the police unit, SARS.
