A nursing mother and her baby have died after the tricycle they boarded rammed into a police vehicle said to be chasing suspected internet fraudsters in Warri, Delta state.
The incident happened today, January 20 at PTI junction in Effurun.
Spokesperson of the Delta State Police Command who confirmed the incident said an investigation has been launched into the incident.
Youths have since taken over the area to protest against the alleged police killings.
